## About the Role

* Fundierte Erfahrung mit Erfahrung mit ETL/ELT-Prozessen in dbt (data build tool) - Modellierung, Tests, Dokumentation, Packages
 * Solide Kenntnisse in Snowflake (Warehousing, Stages, Tasks, Streams, RBAC)
 * Praxiserfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps o.ä.)
 * Erfahrung Orchestrierungstools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect o.ä.)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit SQL und mindestens einer Programmiersprache (Python bevorzugt)
 * Git ist für dich Alltag, nicht Ausnahme

Persönlich:

 * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
 * Du kannst mit Kunden auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren - ob Fachbereich oder IT
 * Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge voranzutreiben
 * Gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei Kunden sind für dich machbar

Sprachen:

 * Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1/C2) - zwingend. Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift (B2+).

Nice to have:

 * Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (Banken/Versicherungen), Kenntnisse regulatorischer Frameworks (MaRisk, BAIT, DORA), Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code
 * (Terraform, Pulumi) oder Container-Technologien.

 * Du entwickelst und optimierst Data-Warehouse-Architekturen auf Snowflake, Oracle, etc.
 * Du modellierst und transformierst Daten mit dbt nach Best Practices - sauber, getestet,dokumentiert
 * Du automatisierst Deployments und Testing über CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Du definierst unsere internen Standards und Methoden für Data Engineering aktiv mit - was du heute etablierst, wird morgen unser Qualitätsmaßstab
