* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Workplace-, Client- oder Endpoint-Management
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, M365, Windows 10/11, Entra ID / Azure AD und Endpoint-nahen Sicherheitsmechanismen
 * Erfahrung mit Windows Autopilot, Softwareverteilung, Patch Management und Skripting
 * Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell und ein gutes Verständnis für Standardisierung und Automatisierung
 * Fähigkeit, nicht nur operativ zu arbeiten, sondern auch Konzepte zu entwickeln, sauber zu dokumentieren und fachlich zu strukturieren
 * Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und ein guter Blick für praktikable Lösungen
 * Regionale Nähe bzw. Bereitschaft, schwerpunktmäßig im Raum Bremen / Bremerhaven tätig zu sein
 * Deutsch mind. C2; strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise., * der IT (Ausbildung / Studium zählt nicht mit rein): 1 Jahr (Erforderlich)

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Workplace- und Endpoint-Umgebung auf Enterprise-Ebene
 * Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management, Richtlinien, Gerätekonformität und Sicherheitsvorgaben
 * Planung und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Bereitstellungsprozesse für Endgeräte, z. B. mit Windows Autopilot
 * Verantwortung für Patch Management, Softwareverteilung und Paketierung
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von Automatisierungen und Standards im Client-Management
 * Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit bei Architektur- und Modernisierungsthemen im Workplace-Umfeld
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Standards und Betriebskonzepte
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden IT-Bereichen sowie externen Partnern
 * Unterstützung im operativen Betrieb und Troubleshooting, ohne dass der Fokus ausschließlich auf Support liegt
