## Description

Workday Integration / Reporting Architect (Part-Time)Location: London / Leeds (Hybrid)Type: Contract Inside IR35 / Fixed TermStart: 1st July
Working Hours:UK: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM BSTUS overlap: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM ET
We are seeking a Workday Integration or Reporting Architect with a strong consultative and delivery-focused mindset. This role goes beyond development, requiring someone who can drive requirements, manage delivery cadence, and lead integration outcomes across Workday implementations., Act as a consultative lead for Workday integrations and/or reporting solutionsDrive requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignmentPlan and manage meeting cadences, milestones, and delivery timelinesCoordinate integration design and mapping across multiple interfacesTrack and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutionSupport tenant build, testing preparation, and deployment readinessDocument decisions, ownership, and delivery progress across the lifecycle
