 * Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen mit AI-gestützter Personalisierung, Predictive Marketing oder Customer Intelligence gesammelt - kein Muss, aber ein starkes Plus

## Description

* Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Projektteams und treibst den Einsatz von AI-gestützten Data Engineering Methoden aktiv voran
 * Unsere Kunden berätst Du methodisch und technisch in innovativen Datamanagement- und Integrationslösungen rund um die Azure Cloud
 * Du schaffst die technische Architektur für unsere Kunden, damit diese personalisierte und automatisierte Marketingkampagnen planen und optimieren können mittels moderner Echtzeit-Segmentierung und automatisierten Recommendations
 * Du arbeitest in allen Projektphasen mit - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis zum Go-Live - unterstützt durch unsere interne DYMATRIX AI Platform und verschiedene externe AI Tools
 * Du setzt zukunftsweisende Data Engineering-Technologien rund um die Azure Cloud ein und sorgst für eine standardisierte Umsetzung über die Projekte hinweg
 * Dabei bleibst Du nicht stehen: Du beobachtest aktiv die Entwicklung von AI Trends im Data Engineering (z.B. Agenten-basierte Pipeline-Entwicklung, LLM-Integration in Datenplattformen) und bringst neue Impulse in Team und Kundenprojekte
