## Description

* Verwaltung des regionalen Anlagevermögens (Erfassung, Kennzeichnung, Übertragung, Aussonderung).
 * Pflege korrekter Anlagendaten in den Systemen (ERP/Anlagenverwaltungstools).
 * Gewährleistung der Anlagensicherheit und Reduzierung von Verlust- und Compliance-Risiken.
 * Unterstützung regelmäßiger Anlagenprüfungen, Audits und Abstimmungen.
 * Nachverfolgung der Anlagennutzung und Optimierung der Anlagenauslastung.
 * Erstellung einfacher Berichte und Dashboards für das Management.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Finanzen, Einkauf, IT, Facility Management und den Fachabteilungen zur Unterstützung des Anlagenbetriebs.
 * Unterstützung weiterer regionaler Verwaltungs- und Betriebsaufgaben nach Bedarf.
