This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction * Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications * Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services * Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources * Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems * Systems Analysis - Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes * Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action Physical Demands: * While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; to reach with hands and arms; and to talk and hear * Must be capable of climbing up and down a ladder/stairs several times per shift * Must be capable of standing for long periods of time * Mobility throughout the facility * Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, walk, or crouch * Employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted on occasion * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus ## Description We are looking for a reliable IT Specialist to help us maintaining company's information technology systems and networks.
