What We're Looking ForStrong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmesExpertise in programme governance, stakeholder and risk managementExperience with Agile, P3M, and hybrid delivery modelsKnowledge of automation, AI, or RPA in programme environmentsCommercial mindset with proven client and revenue growth experienceProven experience (current/recent) working directly in a big IT consultancy (Deloitte/IBM/Infosys/TCS/KPMG etc) is essential
Nice to HaveP3M certifications (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)Consulting experience or strong client-facing backgroundExperience in proposition development and sales-to-delivery transitionSC clearance (or eligibility)
