Total compensation for all OSEs also includes a large annual bonus which is guaranteed in year one and based on employee and firm performance thereafter. ## Description As such, we seek multiple Operations Software Engineers (OSEs) to design, build, and maintain technology that powers the operational backbone of Xantium. OSEs will work closely with Operations, Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance teams to deliver systems that ensure smooth trade lifecycle management, reporting, and reconciliation. This is a highly visible role in which contributions will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of the fund.
