## About the Role

Strong mechanical aptitude required.
Construction, industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or similar experience preferred.
Data center experience preferred.
Bitcoin mining experience is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn new technologies and equipment.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when necessary.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

## Description

Consistent Solutions LLC provides installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support for industrial facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, and data centers across the United States.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new technologies. Whether you already have industry experience or you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'll provide the training and opportunities to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and data center equipment.
Assist with equipment commissioning and startup.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites.
Complete service reports and project documentation.
Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
