This role combines Microsoft Power Platform development experience with hands-on cybersecurity and compliance responsibilities, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and resilient. The position supports both application modernization initiatives and vulnerability management efforts across Windows-based environments., Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to meet mission requirements. Workflow Automation: Create and manage automated workflows utilizing Power Automate to streamline operations and integrate disparate business systems. Scripting & Automation: Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, system administration, and complex data manipulation. Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability scans on Windows-based servers and infrastructure using DoD-approved tools. Track, analyze, and report vulnerability scores. Remediate vulnerabilities across Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET frameworks, and Internet Information Services (IIS). Compliance: Assist in securing and patching applications and systems to meet applicable STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide) compliance.
