Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of software applications and hardware commonly used in schools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, telephone systems, student information systems, online resources, digital signage, etc.); Experience working in a K-12 environment; Familiarity with adult learning principles; Experience with online and blended learning platforms; Industry certifications in relevant software or hardware; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ## Description Assess the training needs of district staff regarding non-instructional software and hardware; Develop and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum that addresses identified needs; Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of modalities (e.g., in-person workshops, 1:1 training, online tutorials, webinars, etc.); Create, curate and maintain training materials, including handouts, presentations, and online resources; Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed; Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in technology training; Collaborate with Technology Support Services staff and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with district goals and initiatives; Maintain records of training activities and participant attendance; This position may require occasional evening work to accommodate staff schedules; All other duties as assigned.
