Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and have the ability to navigate program specific software. We would love to find someone with an understanding of and experience with database systems like NXT/Raiser's Edge. Must have 2-3 years experience in the nonprofit sector. A valid driver's license - or the ability to obtain one - is required, as is the ability to travel locally. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. in order to carry supplies and donations. ## Description As the Development Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Development and Marketing Department's volunteer and in-kind donation program. You will work to develop strategic partnerships and relationships with a portfolio of organizations and individuals contributing to Youth In Need through in-kind giving and volunteering.
