 * Strong skills in creating wireframes, complex user journeys, and prototypes.
 * Ability to explain complex problems and design decisions clearly to stakeholders outside of design.
 * Experience facilitating workshops with users, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills, including building long-term relationships and tailoring communication to different audiences.
 * Ability to advise on inclusive and accessible design and ensure designs meet appropriate standards.
 * Experience leading and coordinating design work in a team.
 * Ability to work in an Agile way, helping teams manage outcomes, priorities, and scope.
 * Ability to communicate the value and benefit of UX and UR work clearly to stakeholders.

## Description

At Aiimi, we're looking for a Senior UX designer to join our consulting team. You'll lead user-centred design activity across client engagements, working with stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to shape effective, evidence-based solutions.
This role is suited to someone who can work confidently with external clients, plan and apply a range of research and design methods, communicate design decisions clearly, and help teams deliver accessible, user-centred outcomes in complex environments., * Use a wide range of user research methods and help teams adopt them.

 * Plan user research for services with challenging user needs and complex user journeys.
 * Analyse and synthesise research findings and share clear insights with teams and stakeholders.
 * Create wireframes, complex user journeys, and prototypes that meet multiple user needs.
 * Clearly document and communicate design decisions, risks, and unresolved issues.
 * Advise teams on inclusive and accessible design and ensure designs meet appropriate standards.
 * Plan and run workshops with teams, users, and stakeholders, adapting sessions to achieve useful outcomes.
 * Build trust with stakeholders, manage relationships effectively, and align design work with business objectives.
 * Lead and coordinate design work within a team, mentoring others and improving design processes.
 * Help teams manage priorities, outcomes, and scope in an Agile delivery environment.
