* 10+ years of overall IT experience.
 * 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
 * 3+ years serving as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Architect.
 * Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture.
 * Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
 * Strong experience with:
 + ITSM
 + ITOM
 + ITAM
 + CMDB
 + Discovery
 + Service Mapping
 + Flow Designer
 + IntegrationHub
 + Performance Analytics
 + Virtual Agent
 + Service Catalog
 * Expertise with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions.
 * Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms, ERP systems, HR systems, and identity providers.
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, LDAP, and Azure AD/Okta integrations.
 * Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with Employee Center, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SecOps, IRM, or GRC.
 * Experience with multi-instance architecture.
 * Experience designing global ServiceNow deployments.
 * Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
 * Knowledge of AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search).

Required Certifications

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, architecture, governance, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform, strong architectural design skills, and experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, development teams, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities

 * Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
 * Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
 * Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution governance.
 * Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
 * Establish platform governance, development standards, release management, and best practices.
 * Guide development teams through complex implementations and provide technical leadership.
 * Review customizations to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimize technical debt.
 * Lead platform upgrades, instance strategy, cloning, and performance optimization.
 * Design CMDB architecture, CSDM adoption, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management strategies.
 * Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
 * Provide effort estimation, technical risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
 * Mentor developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
 * Participate in client workshops and executive presentations.
