Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems, with strong Workday expertiseProven experience in solution architecture and program deliveryExperience leading large-scale Workday implementations or transformationsStrong knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, etc.)Demonstrated success managing complex programs and stakeholder relationshipsExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
