* 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM / S/4 Customer Management / C4C.
 * Experience in 1 2 end-to-end implementations or support projects.
 * Strong knowledge of CRM-SD integration (Logistics & Finance).
 * Good understanding of Lead-to-Order process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order).
 * Hands-on experience in Account & Opportunity Management.
 * Hands-on experience in Quote & Order Management.
 * Hands-on experience in Product Catalog & Configuration.
 * Hands-on experience in Pricing & Approvals workflows.
 * Experience in configuring Business Partner & Org Model.
 * Experience in configuring Transaction Types (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order).
 * Experience in configuring Pricing, Partner Determination, Status Profiles.
 * Experience in CRM-SD integration: Quote/Order replication, Pricing, Billing integration.
 * Experience in Master Data synchronization.
 * Experience in testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support.
 * Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills.
