The team sits at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and developer platforms, enabling services such as Speech Recognition, Machine Translation, OCR, and AI-powered summarization to be consumed via scalable APIs and SDKs. This is a foundational team responsible for building the API and SDK layer that powers Zoom's next phase of AI monetization, working closely with AI research, platform engineering, and product teams globally.
