This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working closely with merchants and internal engineering teams, and taking ownership during critical situations. You will become a key expert inside the support team, help scale internal processes, and directly influence the quality and stability of our payment operations. Your main tasks will be: * Support merchants during integration with Noda's payment solutions; * Investigate complex technical and payment-related issues using logs, monitoring tools, and internal systems; * Diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams; * Ensure smooth and stable operation of payment flows and integrations; * Collaborate closely with Payments, Automation, SRE, Account Management, and Product teams; * Improve and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and internal knowledge base; * Participate in integration testing and quality control processes; * Mentor junior team members and help improve support standards across the team., * Vacation 28 calendar days per year; * 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; * Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; * 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; * Corporate discount for English lessons; * Health benefits. According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee.
