Key strengths: Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining the Ivanti Neurons ITSM Platform, ideally including multi-stage environments and performance optimisation.Ability to script special cases using Ivanti Expressions and ECMAScript, and familiarity with API-driven integrations.Foundational understanding of Python development, ideally with exposure to packaging tools (pip, setuptools, tox) and CI/CD practices.Knowledge of web-based front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React) and how they interact with backend services.Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Comfort working with Linux environments, version control systems, and standard engineering tooling.A willingness to explore areas such as federated SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC), containerisation (Docker), or additional internal systems as part of your growth. ## Description Experience Required: 4-8 YearsLocation: Cambridge, UK or Amsterdam, NetherlandsWorking Model: Hybrid About The RoleIn this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the platforms that support our client's internal operations. You will be the technical owner of our Ivanti Neurons ITSM platform, a system relied upon by teams across the organisation. Your work will help ensure that critical internal processes run smoothly, supporting colleagues who, in turn, support the global research and education community.
