## About the Role

This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for candidates with **3-10 years of experience** in mechanical design and a strong interest in large-scale infrastructure or data centers., + Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field)

 + **3-10 years of mechanical design experience**

 + Experience with piping systems and mechanical equipment design

 + Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, NFPA, etc.)

 + Experience reviewing or working with **vendor drawings/submittals preferred**

 + Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)

 + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 + Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

 + Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to Have

 + Data center, industrial, or modular construction experience

 + Exposure to cooling systems, pumps, valves, or fire protection systems

 + EIT or PE certification (not required)

## Description

+ Develop and review mechanical and piping designs for data center modules

 + Check and approve engineering drawings, layouts, and documentation

 + Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure designs meet project and code requirements

 + Review vendor drawings and technical submittals (vendor experience is a strong plus)

 + Support preparation of technical requisitions and equipment specifications

 + Assist with material take-offs (MTOs) and bills of materials (BOMs)

 + Partner with manufacturing teams to support build and resolve design issues
