## Description

Dans le cadre de votre alternance au sein du service informatique de la mairie,
vous assurerez les missions suivantes, Assurer l'assistance et le support technique auprès des agents (diagnostic, résolution de pannes)

 * Installer, configurer et maintenir le parc informatique (postes, imprimantes, périphériques)
 * Participer à la gestion du réseau et des serveurs
 * Mettre à jour les logiciels et assurer la sécurité des systèmes (antivirus, sauvegardes, pare-feu)
 * Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils numériques
 * Contribuer aux projets d'évolution du SI (déploiement de nouveaux outils, amélioration des infrastructures)
