## Description

Le consultant interviendra sur une première phase d'audit et de cadrage autour de l'environnement CRM Salesforce et des bases de données associées.

 * Missions principales

 * Réaliser un audit de la data existante et de l'architecture associée
 * Identifier les problématiques de qualité de données (doublons, incohérences, structuration…)
 * Définir les recommandations de gouvernance et les méthodologies de nettoyage / fiabilisation
 * Participer à la structuration des process data
 * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métier, IT et le DSI
 * Accompagner la mise en œuvre des solutions autour de Salesforce
