Connaissances ITIL v4, CI/CD, observabilité, Kubernetes/OpenShift appréciées. Expérience en environnement bancaire ou fortement réglementé souhaitée. Français & anglais courants. Environnement technique Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, GitLab, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Jenkins. ## Description Accompagner les équipes Build / Run / Sécurité sur les pratiques Agile, SAFe, Scrum et Kanban. Coacher Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tech Leads et managers. Animer les rituels à l?échelle : PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demo. Favoriser la convergence Build / Run via les pratiques DevOps & SRE. Définir et suivre les KPI Agile et opérationnels (lead time, MTTR, predictability, change failure rate).
