 * Vous possédez une bonne connaissance du système d'exploitation Windows

 * Vous êtes à l'aise pour travailler en équipe et accompagner les utilisateurs

 * L'anglais écrit est indispensable

 * Gérer, installer et maintenir le matériel informatique (postes informatiques, périphériques, imprimantes, etc.)

 * Assister les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problèmes informatiques

 * Gérer les tickets d'assistance et assurer leur suivi

 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels

 * Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe informatique
