## Description

Rattaché.e à la chargée de webmarketing, vous participez activement à la gestion de la relation client.

Emailing & campagnes :

 - Création et mise en place de campagnes emailing (newsletters, campagnes commerciales, prospection) sur Brevo.

 - Rédaction de contenus adaptés à des cibles B2B

 - Création de visuels simples pour accompagner les campagnes

CRM & base de données :

 - Gestion et segmentation de la base de données

 - Nettoyage et mise à jour des contacts

 - Amélioration de la qualité des données

Marketing automation :

 - Mise en place et suivi de scénarios automatisés (relance panier, etc.)

Analyse & performance :

 - Suivi des KPI (taux d'ouverture, clics, conversions)

 - Analyse des performances des campagnes

 - Recommandations d'optimisation continue
