DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Previous experience in organizational change management and leveraging a structured change management approach and methodology within a client environment. + Experience delivering formal and informal training to diverse audience groups. + Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM technology. + Knowledgeable in Grants Management or other funding administration or capabilities. + Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders. + Strong attention to detail. + Previous background in Retail workspace a plus. + Candidates must be U.S. Citizens. ## Description As a potential Change Management and Training Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at The Greentree Group in support of a client in Columbus, OH. This role will be critical in ensuring effective support of a State Government client, requiring regional travel and outreach for the state-wide implementation effort.
