This role is critical for driving structure, accountability, and risk management across a rapidly expanding portfolio of enterprise initiatives. This position requires a self-sufficient, execution-focused project manager who can lead with minimal oversight, drive disciplined project governance, and elevate the overall maturity of the PMO. The immediate focus will be on the delivery of a GxP-validated NetSuite ERP Phase II implementation, which is essential for upcoming commercial launch activities., * 8+ years of experience managing IT and business-systems projects end-to-end, including full-lifecycle ERP implementations. * Demonstrated experience delivering projects in a regulated GxP environment, with a working command of Computer System Validation (CSV) or CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity (ALCOA+). * Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise IT projects with ownership of integrated schedules, budgets, risk management, and vendor management. * Experience working within or alongside SOX-regulated environments. * Proficiency with enterprise project management tools for scheduling and reporting (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project). * Strong facilitation and executive communication skills. * PMP certification is required. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
