 * Du hast Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und verspürst Leidenschaft und Motivation, Software-Teams in all ihren Disziplinen zu unterstützen.
 * Du nutzt bereits aktiv KI-gestützte Tools (zB Code assistants, LLM-basierte workflows), um deine Produktivität und Effizienz zu steigern - oder du möchtest gerne damit beginnen.
 * Weiterbildung und -entwicklung sind dir wichtig und du hast Spaß daran, dein erworbenes Wissen weiterzugeben.
 * Du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um bestmöglich mit deinen Kollegen und Kunden kommunizieren zu können.
