Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. * Experience in higher education IT environments. * Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks ( FERPA , HIPAA , GDPR ). * Prior leadership experience in ERP migration or large-scale integration projects., * Technical Leadership - ability to set standards, mentor others, and lead integration initiatives. * Hands-On Expertise - comfortable coding, configuring, and optimizing integrations. * Collaboration - works effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. * Problem-Solving - quickly identifies issues, analyzes root causes, and implements robust solutions. * Adaptability - thrives in complex, fast-paced environments with evolving technology. This role requires deep technical expertise in APIs, middleware, and data transformation, with hands-on responsibility for coding, testing, and deploying integration solutions.
