 + Associate's Degree with 4+ Years of experience

 + Bachelor's Degree with 0+ Years of experience

**Certifications (one or more of the following)** :

 + CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE or SSCP

Also:

 + Effective collaborative skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.

 + Excellent organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

 + Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and General Office Applications Skills.

Travel: Will require at least 50% travel.

Abilities:

 + Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.

 + Sitting for extended periods of time.

 + Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

 + Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.

## Description

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing technical controls and configuration settings and will work in a team environment alongside other cybersecurity engineers and Risk Management Framework (RMF) analysts responsible for supporting Information System Security Engineering efforts..

Responsibilities

 + Helping develop and review System Security System Security Plans (SSP), Personnel Security, Disaster Recovery, Incident Responses, and Authentication Management policies and plans.

 + Helping develop detailed and thorough site survey report documentation.

 + Assisting in device configuration of Windows Operating Systems, Applications, and Cisco IOS devices to comply with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and other guidelines.

 + Applying operating system patches, service packs, hotfixes, and software/ firmware updates.

 + Supporting automated system software update methodologies and technologies

 + Performing system vulnerability scans including Nessus / ACAS, and SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC)
