 * Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, davon einen deutlichen Anteil klassisch von Hand geschrieben. Du kannst guten von schlechtem Code unterscheiden - weil du es selbst gemacht hast
 * Du bringst solide Erfahrung in mindestens einer unserer Sprachen mit (C#, Go, PHP/Symfony)
 * Du hast erste echte Projekterfahrung mit Claude Code, Codex, Cursor oder vergleichbaren Tools - nicht nur mit Demo-Tutorials
 * Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, APIs und relationalen Datenbanken (MySQL/MSSQL)
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit Docker und erste Berührungen mit CI/CD
 * Du kannst KI-Output kritisch beurteilen und Probleme darin selbst beheben
 * Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. B2) und gutes Englisch
 * Du arbeitest gerne onsite in Karlsruhe (2 Tage Vor-Ort-Pflicht)

 * Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in präzise Prompts und orchestrierst daraus vollständige Lösungen - APIs, Services, Integrationen, Automatisierungen
 * Du veredelst KI-generierten Code zu produktionsreifem Stand: Tests, Security, Wartbarkeit, Architektur
 * Du entwickelst in C#, Go oder PHP/Symfony - je nach Kontext
 * Du baust wiederverwendbare Prompt-Strukturen, Workflows und AI-Templates für unsere Engineering- und E-Commerce-Anwendungsfälle
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen zusammen und shippst regelmäßig in Produktion
