## About the Role

Praxis liegt dir mehr und du hast daher dein Studium ohne Abschluss beendet? Oder suchst du einen Berufseinstig nachdem Du gerade die Schule erfolgreich hinter dir gelassen hast? In jedem Fall solltest Du eine Leidenschaft für "Internet" bzw. IT im Allgemeinen mitbringen. Erste Erfahrungen im Linux/ Unix-Umfeld oder mit PC-Systemen auf Windows-Basis sind wünschenswert.
Ergänzend wünschen wir uns von dir:

 * Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
 * Analytisches, logisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen
 * Engagement und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
 * Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
 * Freude am Entwerfen von Lösungen, Lösungswegen und -strategien
 * Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
 * Du bist in der Lage, dich auf Menschen und ihre unterschiedlichen IT-Kenntnisse einzustellen.
 * Dass du gerne im Team arbeitest aber auch in der Lage bist, Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu lösen

## Description

Während Deiner dreijährigen Berufsausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/in (w/m/d) Fachrichtung Systemintegration erhältst Du Einblick in unsere komplette Systemlandschaft.

 * Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Systemintegration, Systembetreuung und Support
 * Wir vermitteln dir ein umfassendes und aktuelles IT-Wissen:

 * Rechnertypen und ihre Betriebssysteme
 * IT-Service und Kundenservice
 * Netzwerke, Firewall, Virtualisierung
 * VOIP-Telefonie
 * und vieles andere mehr

Viele Aufgaben betreffen unsere Inhouse IT als Service Provider, der Kundenkontakt kommt aber im Service auch nicht zu kurz
