## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und Architektur komplexer Systeme im Cloud-Umfeld (z.B. GCP, AWS).
 * Tiefes Verständnis für verteilte Systeme, API-Design und moderne Architekturen (z. B. Microservices, Serverless, Container).
 * Erfahrung in der Integration von Schnittstellen und bestehenden IT-Systemen bei Unternehmenskunden.
 * Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit Methoden und Tools des Requirements Engineering.
 * Fundiertes Know-how in Architektur- und Modellierungsmethoden (z. B. C4, DDD, Event Storming) sowie in agilen Vorgehensmodellen (Scrum, Kanban).
 * Routine in Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (z. B. Terraform, Pulumi) und DevOps-Kultur (z.B. TDD, CI/CD).
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer modernen Programmiersprache (z. B. TypeScript, Kotlin/Java).
 * Verständnis der Entwicklung und Architektur von nativen, hybriden oder cross-platform mobile Apps und den gängigen App-Store-Prozessen von Vorteil.
 * Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke - auch im direkten Kontakt mit Kund:innen.

 * Be an early applicant, * Du entwickelst ganzheitliche technische Architekturen, die optimal auf die Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen abgestimmt sind.
 * Du analysierst bestehende Systemlandschaften und integrierst externe Schnittstellen und Services - insbesondere im Cloud-Umfeld.
 * Du erstellst Anforderungsanalysen und technische Konzepte für Angebote, leitest das Team bei Aufwandsschätzungen und unterstützt bei Pitches.
 * Du konzipierst skalierbare, sichere und performante Backend- und Lösungs-Architekturen
 * Du unterstützt Teams bei der Umsetzung der Architekturkonzepte - sowohl strategisch als auch hands-on im Code.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Entwicklerteams, externen IT-Dienstleistern und unseren Kunden zusammen.
 * Du übersetzt komplexe technische, funktionale und geschäftliche Anforderungen in skalierbare Softwarelösungen.
 * Du begleitest Projekte über alle Phasen hinweg - von der Analyse bis zum Livebetrieb.
