## Description

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, technisch versierte und serviceorientierte Fachkraft, die unsere Kunden im täglichen IT-Betrieb unterstützt und eine stabile, sichere und moderne IT-Infrastruktur gewährleistet. Die Aufgaben umfassen Hardware-Service, Netzwerk-Support, Server-Administration, Medientechnik sowie Software-Management in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Systembetreuern und weiteren Dienstleistern., * Störungsbeseitigung und nachhaltiges Troubleshooting der Fertigungsprozesse beim Kunden.

 * Inbetriebnahme neuer RWP MES-Software und Fertigungslinien.
 * Betreuung und Überwachung von Kundensystemen (z.B. MES-Systeme, Webanwendungen, Fertigungslinien).
 * Datenbankabfragen (Oracle-SQL bzw. PL/SQL).
️ Hardware & Arbeitsplatzsysteme: (ca. 10%)

 * Austausch defekter Festplatten, Wiederherstellung von Services, RAID-Reparaturen, Migration von HDD auf SSD.
 * Aufbau, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Monitoren, Laptops, Tablets und Peripherie.
 * Ordnungsgemäßes Patchen in Racks, Nutzung von Kabelhaltern, korrekte Beschriftung.
️ Server / NAS / Storage / AD (ca. 10%)

 * Pflege von VMs, Ordnerstrukturen, Berechtigungen und Volumes.
 * Einrichtung, Überwachung, Wiederherstellung von Backups.
 * Administration von Windows- und Linux-Serverdiensten (AD, DHCP, DNS, File-/Print-Server usw.).
 * Active Directory & Benutzerverwaltung (Benutzeranlage und -pflege, Aufnahme neuer Clients (Autopilot))
️ Medientechnik / Software / Netzwerk (ca. 10%)

 * Installation und Konfiguration von Beamer, E-Screens, Dokumentenkameras, Medienreceivern.
 * Unterstützung des 2nd Level Supports bei VLAN-Tagging, Geräteaustausch, Lizenz Zuweisungen und Cloud-Einbindung (Lancom).
 * Installation und Austausch von WLAN-Accesspoints in Abstimmung mit dem 2nd Level.
 * Betrieb und Pflege von Verwaltungssoftware (ASV, Untis, Notenmanager, Veyon usw.).
