Please note this is a temporary position to cover a long-term medical leave, with the duration flexible depending on the employee's return. Your mission This role sits within our Proposition team. This area ensures we have a strong pipeline of innovative products and services and defines new products and services for the company. In practice, you will: * Define and track KPIs for new products and services from early stages * Partner with Product, BI & Tech teams to build data models and dashboards * Monitor product performance and lead KPI follow-ups * Deliver deep-dive analysis to support strategic product decisions * Transform large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations * Support business cases and scenario analysis for growth initiatives * Drive reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders In this role, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization - from Product and Business to Technology and BI.
