This role goes beyond traditional data engineering-operating as a cross-functional "data engineering SWAT team" to rapidly assess marketing data challenges, architect scalable data solutions, and deliver end-to-end pipelines that power advanced analytics, segmentation, and campaign measurement. The ideal candidate will partner closely with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to transform fragmented data into trusted, production-ready assets that drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a true "Jack of all trades" across the data lifecycle-equally comfortable designing data models, building ETL pipelines, developing tools, creating dashboards, and performing advanced analytics. They are comfortable working in ambiguous, unstructured environments and proactively identify opportunities to deliver value ahead of formally defined requirements.
