## About the Role

* Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science o. Ä. mit Affinität zu komplexen Geschäfts- und Prozesslandschaften. Du kannst fachliche Anforderungen aus HR, Tax oder Global Mobility in technische Lösungen umsetzen, basierend auf praktischen Erfahrungen
 * Erfahrung mit modernen AI- und Automatisierungstechnologien zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen (z. B. LLMs, Workflow Automation, Low/No Code Plattformen, Datenpipelines). Du evaluierst und setzt neue Tools schnell ein und hast idealerweise eigene AI Use Cases entwickelt und skaliert
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (mind. C1)

## Description

Unser Global Mobility Technology & Transformation Team arbeitet an der Schnittstelle von HR, Tax und Finance. Wir entwickeln Lösungen, die internationale Steuercompliance, Payroll, Immigration und Sozialversicherung durch moderne AI- und Automatisierungstechnologien neu denken. Als Teil unseres AI- und Transformationsteams gestaltest du die zukünftige Ausrichtung globaler Mobility-Services aktiv mit:

 * Entwicklung und Aufbau von AI-gestützten Agents und Automatisierungslösungen zur Verbesserung globaler HR-, Tax- und Mobility-Prozesse
 * Low-Code- und No-Code-Entwicklung (z. B. Workflow-Automation, Chat-/Task-Agents) sowie Umsetzung prototypischer AI-Use Cases
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in skalierbare AI- und AutomatisierungsWorkflows, inklusive Testing und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
 * Erstellung wiederverwendbarer Komponenten, Guidelines und Templates zur Unterstützung von Teams bei der Nutzung von AI-Technologien
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business- und Tech-Teams zur Implementierung moderner, datengetriebener Lösungen für internationale Steuer- und HR-Fragestellungen, * Agil: Du bist der Meinung, dass eine flexible Denkweise genauso wichtig für den Erfolg ist wie Wissen und Fähigkeiten.
