* Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen via Ticketsystem
 * Erste Fehleranalyse und eigenständige Lösung von Standardproblemen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripherie)
 * Unterstützung bei der Benutzerverwaltung (z. B. Passwort-Reset, Rechtevergabe)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Standardsoftware nach Vorgabe
 * Unterstützung beim Software-Rollout auf Endgeräten (z. B. Verteilung von Updates und Anwendungen)
 * Mitwirkung beim Betriebssystem-Rollout (z. B. Installation und Einrichtung von Windows auf neuen Geräten)
 * Weiterleitung komplexerer Anfragen an den Second-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen im Ticketsystem
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts und kleineren Projekten
