In deiner Rolle im IT-Support sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig laufen und unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen schnell Unterstützung erhalten.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

 * First- Level- Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und technischen Problemen
 * Analyse und eigenständige Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen , PCs, Druckern und weiterer Hardware
 * Installation und Pflege von Softwareanwendungen sowie Durchführung von Updates und Systemwartungen
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung bei Themen rund um Microsoft Windows, Office- Anwendungen und Netzwerkstrukturen
 * Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen zur Sicherstellung effizienter IT-Prozesse
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer IT- Infrastruktur
 * Einweisung und Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und digitalen Tools
