Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Agile Scrum - Ciberdefensa para liderar la madurez ágil de equipos y áreas estratégicas, impulsando transformaciones culturales y aplicando marcos como Scrum, Kanban y SAFe., Facilitar equipos y liderar transformaciones ágiles.
Gestionar conflictos complejos y mentoring de Scrum Masters.
Aplicar métricas ágiles avanzadas y comunicar resultados a nivel ejecutivo.
Adaptar metodologías ágiles al contexto organizativo.
