## About the Role

* A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
 * Professional experience in the automotive or shipbuilding industries
 * Experience in systems thinking is required
 * Knowledge of requirements management is a plus
 * Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
 * Strong ability to work in a team
 * A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for work

## Description

* End-to-end responsibility for customer requirements through to the technical validation of tracked and wheeled vehicles
 * Review and coordination of customer requirements in the area of survivability
 * Development, definition, and specification of system requirements in the area of survivability
 * Supporting the project team from requirements definition through to technical implementation on the vehicle
 * Managing subcontractors and communicating with customers both domestically and internationally
 * Leading an interdisciplinary project team while assuming responsibility for quality, costs, and schedule
