Skills & Mindset * Solid grasp of modern AI architecture - LLMs, agents, agentic orchestration, RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), evaluation, and guardrails - and how to weave them into larger systems. * Hands-on familiarity with AI CLIs and agentic coding tools, MCP-based integrations, and the broader agent tooling ecosystem (e.g., LangChain / LangGraph, function calling). * System-level thinking and the ability to see trade-offs beyond individual components. * Strong technical judgment and comfort with ambiguity. * The ability to balance long-term architectural health with short-term delivery needs. * Clear, respectful, and assertive communication. * Willingness to challenge ideas - your own included - in a constructive way. * A focus on enabling teams rather than controlling them. * Ability to provide structured, well-designed presentations to an international audience, and to run effective meetings on- and off-site. ## Description We are looking for a Software Architect to define and evolve the overall architecture of the OmniAccess software portfolio - with a strong focus on AI architecture, agentic systems, and AI-assisted development - across both central and remote components, joining our awesome development team. As a senior technical figure, you will provide architectural direction and technical guidance across multiple teams and domains - from distributed systems and services to AI-driven and agentic components - ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Being part of the development team, technology research and innovation will be a fundamental pillar in your activities. The Software Architect must combine a strong background in distributed systems and service-oriented architectures with a hands-on understanding of modern AI architecture - LLMs, agents, agentic orchestration, MCP-based tool integration, and AI-assisted development - solid networking fundamentals, and the ability to balance long-term architectural health with short-term delivery needs. Your Mission: Your mission is to shape and safeguard the technical foundations of our products and services - including how we design, integrate, and scale AI and agentic capabilities, and how AI tooling is adopted across the organization - making the architecture explicit, reducing risk, and enabling development teams to build with confidence.
