 * Need Configuration and Integration knowledge with SAP FICA (BRIM) and external legacy system
 * Need strong knowledge on RAR solution with all required BRF+ application configuration, RAR baseline configuration, including decision table maintenance
 * Re-processing knowledge on items which gets exempted while processing
 * Understanding on how to reconcile FICA and RAR figures
 * Strong problem solving and analytical skill and ability to make balanced and independent decision
 * Well versed with RAR month end and closing procedures
 * Need knowledge on data migration activity from legacy system.
