* Administración de M365 en entorno multicliente, servicios como Exchange, SharePoint, Teams y OneDrive.
 * Gestión de identidades, accesos y roles en Azure AD.
 * Implementación de políticas de seguridad, DLP y cumplimiento normativo.
 * Supervisión de alertas y respuesta a incidentes con Microsoft Defender.
 * Automatización de tareas con PowerShell y Power Automate.
 * Gestión de licencias y optimización de su uso.
 * Coordinación de migraciones y sincronización con AD local.
 * Documentación de procedimientos y capacitación a usuarios.
 * Integración de M365 con sistemas externos y APIs como Microsoft Graph.
