You'll play a key role in supporting IT projects and initiatives across Global Off-Premise, On-Premise, and Category teams. From enabling smarter decision-making to improving tools and processes, your work will contribute to the success of sales strategies worldwide and enable the sales force to improve its performance., You partner closely with IT and sales teams to understand business processes, gather and challenge requirements, and translate them into robust technical concepts for sales-related applications. You lead requirements engineering efforts, question assumptions, and ensure all initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives. Together with IT, data, and analytics teams, you design end-to-end solution architectures, for example, leveraging cloud platforms, data lakes, and AI/ML models. By doing so, you drive the standardization and harmonization of global sales processes through technology and analytics. INNOVATION & NEW INITIATIVES SUPPORT You identify and support innovative approaches to improve sales tools and processes, collaborating closely with the innovation team to explore new technologies and opportunities. In addition, you lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to test, validate, and scale new ideas., In this role, you serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders on digital transformation, analytics strategy, and AI opportunities, identifying high-value use cases for advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation within sales and commercial functions.
