Desired Characteristics: + Strong technical curiosity and desire to learn emerging technologies. + Interests in Artificial Intelligence and business process automation. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users. + Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. + Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Team player with a customer-service mindset. ## Description The Infrastructure Administrator supports DDC-s core IT infrastructure, including network systems, Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, SAN/storage platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365/Azure services, endpoint/security tools, and backup/disaster recovery systems. This role works under the direction of the IT Manager to maintain reliable, secure, and well-documented IT operations across the organization. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support, assist with network administration, support cybersecurity efforts, and collaborate on AI and automation projects designed to improve productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
