## About the Role

+ Demonstrated experience in advanced system architecture; information assurance; hardware technologies; digital/analog communications technologies.

 + Working knowledge of the following systems: UNIX/LINUX, CISCO IOS, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL.

 + Experience in the use of routing protocols and switching technologies, LAN/WAN medias and protocols.

 + Ability to plan and organize work and interact with technical and non-technical personnel translating user requirements into responsive applications.

 + Demonstrated detailed knowledge of IA concepts and requirements.

 + Experience working independently and with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communications, time management, and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives

Qualifications

Required Experience:

 + High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience

 + Associate's Degree with 8+ years of experience

 + Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience

Desired Certifications:

 + CCNA, CCNP or Network+ Security + or similar which meets current guidelines such as DOD 8570 Baseline Certification IAT Level II.

Abilities:

 + Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.

 + Sitting for extended periods of time.

 + Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

 + Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.

 + Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
