 * Erfahrung in hochregulierten Umgebungen, Behörden-, Konzern- oder Public-Sector-Projekten von Vorteil
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in SharePoint-Migrationsprojekten, z. B. Lotus Notes nach SharePoint
 * Zertifizierungen wie ITIL Foundation v4, IPMA Level D, PRINCE2, PMI/CAPM oder ISTQB sind wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von SharePoint-Entwicklungs- und Migrationsprojekten
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Präsentationen in Jira, MS Project und PowerPoint
 * Steuerung von Projektbudgets, Forecasts sowie Durchführung von Plan-/Ist-Vergleichen
 * Organisation und Moderation von Workshops, Kick-offs und Projektmeetings inklusive Protokollierung
 * Durchführung von Risiko-, Stakeholder- und Qualitätsmanagement nach definierten Methoden
 * Unterstützung bei Anforderungsanalysen sowie Priorisierung und Planung von Arbeitspaketen
 * Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von offenen Punkten, Mitwirkungshandlungen und Projektabhängigkeiten
 * Strukturierte Dokumentation und Ablage aller Projektergebnisse in SharePoint
 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Quality Gates sowie Sicherstellung von Compliance-Vorgaben
 * Durchführung von Lessons Learned sowie Unterstützung beim Abschluss von Projektpaketen
