System experience in developing applications - Required
Completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering, business administration or related field from an accredited college - Required
5+ years Oracle PL/SQL programming skills - Required
5+ years developing web application front ends involving hand coding html, Javascript as well as the use of JavaScript based frameworks - Required
5+ years experience with full project lifecycle experience in implementing web based systems - Required
Proficient in troubleshooting, self-motivated and driven professional, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to exercise good judgment - Required
5+ years work experience with a relational database system such as Oracle 11g or 12c and SQL Server including - Required

## Description

1. EIP ABC's Report Form - Active bacterial core surveillance case report
ABCs provides estimates of invasive disease for five pathogens. ABCs collects data related to bacterial isolates and demographic and clinical data. ABCs conducts surveillance for: Group A Streptococcus (GAS), Group B Streptococcus (GBS), Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis, Streptococcus pneumoniae.

There are other supplemental forms associated with the ABC's - Group A Streptococcus Supplemental form, Group B Streptococcus Supplemental form, Streptococcus pneumoniae (SPN) Supplemental form.

 2. ABC's - NIE, NNS & iEC Report Forms - These forms are used to collect data related to Neonatal Infection Expanded Tracking, Neonatal Sepsis Surveillance, Neonatal Invasive E.Coli Infection Expanded Tracking.

 3. iSA Report Form - The Invasive Staphylococcus Aureus Infection Surveillance Program collects data for describing incidence and trends of these infections.

 4. Viral Module Reporting Form - Three Modules in this application.

 * FLUSurv Module - FluSurv-NET collects data related to influenza-associated hospitalizations.
 * RSVSurv Module - The Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Hospitalization Surveillance Network (RSV-NET) monitors RSV-associated hospitalizations.
 * COVID Module - COVID-NET is part of the Respiratory Virus Hospitalization Surveillance Network, which tracks hospitalizations associated with COVID-19

 5. CDI Module- This module is used to track and monitor cases related to Clostridioides difficile infection.
