Experience that would be great to have: + Experience in the financial services industry + CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications, + You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. You will be a senior technical leader, driving innovation, large-scale security architecture initiatives, and the adoption of next-generation security capabilities across the enterprise. This role requires deep expertise in network security architecture, threat defense, Zero Trust principles, and large-scale security strategy, combined with the ability to influence technical direction across multiple security domains and business functions. You will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and architecture groups to ensure the organization maintains a resilient, scalable, and modern network security posture across hybrid infrastructure including on-premise data centers, multi-cloud platforms, and modern application environments. What you'll do: Governance & Policy Engineering + Drive the modernization of network security governance processes by improving consistency, scalability, transparency, and measurable outcomes. + Partner with architecture, engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to translate security requirements into scalable controls and automated governance capabilities that improve risk-based decision-making Automation & Engineering Excellence + Identify and lead opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, workflow optimization, and engineering-led solutions. + Promote the adoption of Policy-as-Code, Process-as-Code, and other scalable approaches that improve governance effectiveness and operational efficiency. + Establish repeatable, measurable, and automated methods for evaluating security controls, policy compliance, and governance outcomes.
